Kick-off & blueprint
Understand the business scenario, gather requirements, map processes across SD, MM, FICO and PP.
Realization
Functional configuration per module; ABAP interns build the reports, enhancements and forms the team needs.
Integration testing
End-to-end cycles such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay, defect logging and fixing across modules.
Go-live & handover
Cutover activities, documentation, final project presentation and evaluation.
